1. What kind of products could you offer?
Junsam provides various collapsible tubes, including aluminum collapsible tubes, pigment plastic tubes, and soft plastic tubes for food, cosmetics, chemicals, medicine, painting, pigment, industrial use, etc.
2. Can you help us with the design of the pigment plastic tube for painting?
Yes, we can offer artwork design services as well, and we’ll recommend size and style per the capacity of your toothpaste if you need it.
3. What’s your lead time?
Our lead time is 20~25 working days after we receive customer approved sample and deposit.
4. How do you ensure the quality of the pigment plastic tube?
Before printing the tubes, our designers will release the printing format for the customers’ approval.
We only start printing tubes after receiving the approval on artwork from the customers.
Before bulk production, we make pre-production samples for the customers to approve.
During the production, every single tube will be checked visually while spot-checking the whole production online every 2 hours by QC, and before loading the goods, our QC team will do the final inspection.
5. What if we found a defective soft plastic tube after we received the shipment?
We will refund directly to your company account or deduct the amount accordingly from the new order. Meanwhile, we must look into the issue and find a solution to avoid the same issue in the new shipments.
